20 years’ experience in corporate, financial and crisis communications as a manager first, as a consultant then and finally as an entrepreneur, founding in 2014 the PR agency True Relazioni Pubbliche. Federica managed communication for multinational companies, SMEs and startups in different sectors, as well as advising law firms, professionals organisations and associations. From 2006 to 2008, she worked in London in the field of financial communication, supporting Italian companies listed on the Stock Exchange Market. In this field, she advised companies during extraordinary financial transactions, such as IPO, public tender offers, M&A and bond issues. She worked as the Head of the Milan office of PMS – Financial & Corporate Communications. Previously, she was Head of the Press Office of SEA-Aeroporti di Milano, Head of Media Relations of Volare Group and Head of Image Service of Federchimica (Confindustria). In 2020 and in 2022 Federica Menichino received the ‘Professional of the Year’ Award (‘Finance PR’ category) during the Financecommunity Awards.

Ilaria is a digital strategist specialized in social media management and in the production, analysis and promotion of digital content. She graduated in Media Languages from the Catholic University of Milan and obtained a Master’s Degree in Luxury Brand Marketing & Communication at the Business School of il Sole 24 ore. Ilaria makes use of a holistic approach to the language of new media, aimed at the promotion of the product, company, or the individual through digital communication. She has gained professional experience in media communication as a TV journalist (Sky Sport, LNP) and in social media management, as an advisor for the development of social networks of Italian companies in the luxury, sports and fashion sectors. She specialized in digital content creation, developing management skills in terms of conception, production and promotion of digital content. Since 2020, she has been in charge of the creation and management of digital contents for the official social channels of Lega Basket Serie A (Italy’s most important professional basketball league).
Arturo Salerni, has more than 17 years of experience in strategic, corporate and economic-financial communications and reputation management. Both as a consultant and in-house, he has handled extraordinary finance transactions, M&A, IPOs and Issue&Crisis communication, coordinating all strategic leverage of press office and digital communication. He holds a law degree with a focus on business economics from the University of Roma Tre.
He joins AxelComm in the role of Partner in December 2022.
Dario Donato is a professional journalist and television host, who is now in the editorial staff of Mediaset TGCOM24. He deals mainly with economics, finance and politics. He is the lead presenter of the afternoon show “Dentro i Fatti” as well as of “Zero Virgola”, which is broadcast prime time every Saturday at 8.30 pm, focusing on the analysis of economics and finance with the support of TV guests. He coordinates TGCOMLAB, a section of the TGCOM24 website dedicated to economics, business and finance. In the past he presented Serie A football matches broadcast by Mediaset Premium. Dario began his career in the multimedia editorial staff of Corriere.it and for 8 years he had been a TV host at Class CNBC, also writing for MF Milanofinanza.
Head of content
Author and ghost writer for the theater, publishing, radio, TV, on and off line newspapers and the corporate world. He works actively to create content and formats, to experiment with the impact of storytelling and comic mechanisms on the health of people and groups, the delivery of complex content and training. Since 2016 he has collaborated with the University of Genoa, arranging courses for teachers on storytelling and creativity development through storytelling. He has written and produced theatre and radio shows for the dissemination of scientific and technical content for companies, museums, schools, universities, scientific institutes, economic entities and orchestras.
Laura De Pinto
Laura has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and financial communication for important Italian and international companies. She has been Corporate & Financial Communication Supervisor at the communication agency Weber Shandwick, and Head of Corporate & Financial Division at Power Emprise Communication. During her professional career, she has developed an expertise in building brand awareness and positioning companies in the financial and insurance sector, including banks, associations, asset management and investment companies, brokerages, insurance companies and real estate advisors, supporting some of them up to their listing in the Stock Exchange. She has been a member of the Milan register of professional publicists since 2006.
Fabio has 15 years of experience in financial and corporate communications, crisis management and media relations. Previously to Axelcomm, he worked for True Relazioni Pubbliche for 7 years, where he was responsible of the press office for different clients, as well as for the development of social media strategies, developing communication skills in several sectors, including banking, finance, food, law, energy and real estate. Previously, he worked in PMS – Financial & Corporate Communications as an account manager for several clients. He graduated in Economic, Statistical and Social Sciences from Bocconi University in Milan.
Since 2017 she has been working on media relations for clients in various business areas, from banking and finance to the legal and the food industry. She graduated in Modern Literature from the University of Milan and attended a Master’s Degree in Media Relations and Business Communication at the Catholic University of Milan, where she learned the use of press office tools and of different media and digital languages. She has been a freelance journalist since 2016 and has been involved for several years in journalism at the local level as a correspondent and then also as an editor, managing an online news daily.
After entering the world of communication in 2016, Pietro has specialized in media relations with particular reference to projects having a national impact, enhancing information all around Italy. He follows the press office activity on behalf of clients belonging to different sectors including banking, finance&fintech, food, packaging and energy, for whom he also manages relations with specialized and vertical media. He is responsible for reporting & analysis (R&A) and the measurement of results, supporting the digital team in content strategies on social media. He has a significant relational ability, also because he attended an acting academy, which led him to work in many theaters.
